These fats are found in avocados, peanut butter, and many nuts and seeds. This will help to even out your blood sugar through the day and to make you more relaxed in the evenings.
Finally, remember what you grandmother said and try drinking some warm milk before bedtime. Warm milk contains tryptophan which triggers your body release of the natural sleep hormone, melatonin which is one of the best natural cures for insomnia. You see, your grandmother knew what she was talking about all along.
