That’s because most people don’t get enough exercise. To experience the deepest, most restful sleep you need to engage in both mental and physical exercises.

Exercise can be enough for many people to overcome their difficulty sleeping. Exercise places extra stress on your body. To compensate for this added stress, your brain tells your body it needs more deep sleep to aid in your physical recovery. It also de-stresses your mind so that you can get a better night’s sleep.

Improving your Sleep Cycle Stages

When you exercise in a brightly lit area with a lot of sunlight your energy level increases. Your exposure to sunlight also helps your body control temperature rhythms that regulate sleep. Have you ever noticed that in the warmer months when you’re outside and active you tend to get tired earlier in the evening? This is because of the extended amount of time you’re exposed to sunlight and your physical activity. So exercising outside, even for a short while can help you sleep better.

The Best Exercises for Natural Insomnia Relief

Almost any physical activity can help you combat your difficulty sleeping. There are, however, a few specific exercises that work better for most people than others.

Here’s just a few of the exercises that can give you the best natural insomnia relief:

Outdoor Activities

Walking and/or Jogging Outdoors – If you want to expose yourself to sunlight and get a workout these are two of the best natural cures for insomnia you can find. Of the two, walking is probably the easiest way to get your exercise and the exposure to sunlight you need to overcome your difficulty sleeping.

Bicycling Outdoors – Bicycling is a great way to get the exercise you need and is also gentle on your joints. Of course, when you bicycle outdoors you also receive the sunlight you need to help your sleep cycle stages.

Jumping Rope – This is a good exercise to do that needs little room and requires little equipment. Unless you have very high ceilings you’ll have to do this one outside.

Indoor Activities

Indoor Treadmill – Put your treadmill near an open window with plenty of sunlight pouring in and exercise to your heart’s content. It’s not quite as effective as going outside but on those cold sunny days it might be just what the sleep doctor ordered.

Stationary Bike – The same goes for your stationary bike. Put it near an open window with plenty of sunlight pouring in. While it’s not as effective as a real bicycle, it works great on days when the road’s too wet or icy.

Dancing – Take your partner dancing or go to a singles club and make some new friends. Dancing is one of the most enjoyable ways to get exercise while improving your overall sense of well being.

The Best Time to Exercise

Make time to exercise about 4 – 6 hours before bedtime. If you exercise just before you retire for the night you will have stimulated your mind and body. Also your body won’t have enough time to cool down properly. Both of these factors can give you trouble falling or staying asleep. Remember that you should avoid caffeine or eating late, as well.

Get Your Mind Active, Too!

Exercising your body and mind at the same time will help you to have a deeper and more fulfilling night’s sleep. It’s very easy to exercise your mind while you’re involved in physical activity. Here’s how:

Do simple math problems in your head

Recite something you need to remember

Listen to an audio book or podcast

Read a book, newspaper or magazine

Try to do different exercises every day this way your mind and body won’t get bored. Monotony causes the effectiveness of the activities, both physical and mental, to fade. By mixing things up you keep your body and mind fresh and active.

You also may want to keep a journal of your exercise activities as well as your sleeping hours. Then you can analyze what combination of exercises, both mental and physical, gives you the best sleep results. With this knowledge, you can create a custom workout, which will improve your health and help you beat the effects of insomnia for good!

Exercise is one of the best natural cures for insomnia, especially when you do it in the great outdoors. So if you’re having difficulty sleeping and you’re not already exercising, get started today, you’ll be so glad you did!

If you are like most people and have difficulty sleeping for a long period of time or for even for days in a row, you may get to the point where you are willing to try anything just to give you the ability fall asleep and stay asleep. It’s best to look at your options, before you get desperate, to make sure you understand how each one works.

The first thing many consumers do when they have trouble falling or staying asleep is to head for the pharmacy for some quick, over-the-counter solutions. The thing about sleep aids is they can often initially help you overcome your trouble falling asleep, but they don’t get to the real root of the problem.

Don’t think of sleep aids as your cure. For the first few nights they might help, but what you really you want to do is find out why you’re having sleeping issues. Relying on a pill to get some sleep isn’t the best option for your long term health.

The biggest issue with sleep medications is that many people get dependent on the pills and have trouble falling asleep without them. Others experience too many of the side effects caused by sleep aids. These side effects can be severe and include prolonged drowsiness the next day, confusion, forgetfulness and dry mouth. Other people wind up with complications because of how it interacts with their prescription medicines.

The main ingredient in over the counter sleep aids is an antihistamine. This is what doctors use to treat allergies. Antihistamines make you feel sleepy and help you to overcome your trouble staying asleep. The problem is that after taking them, some people report feeling extremely sleepy the next day. This can result in upsetting your circadian clock and your sleep cycle stages.

Side effects you can experience from an antihistamine can include constipation, dizziness, memory loss, blurred vision, and dry mouth. One problem with these is that you may come to rely on the medication to sleep. This can result in being unable to sleep or have even worse sleep without it. Another problem is, as you grow dependent on them, your need for a higher dosage increases. At this point your doctor might prescribe something stronger, such as a non- benzodiazepine.

A non- benzodiazepine helps you feel sleepy by revving up the natural chemical processes of your brain. If you want a sleep aid for long-term use, they’re safer than using over-the-counter, short-term remedies. The biggest problem with them is they are addictive.

Although it’s rare these days, your doctor might prescribe a tranquilizer if your sleep disorder is severe enough. Tranquilizers slow down your nervous system which results in making you feel sleepy. This short-term solution will probably leave you feeling groggy the following day.

Another choice of medications is antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications that act as sedatives. These are prescription medications that your doctor might give you if she feels it’s the right choice for you. These are common, but don’t have the same potentially addictive features as the other prescription medicines.

There are more natural treatments for your sleep disorder you might consider such as an herbal treatment. Certain herbs have a reputation for aiding in sleep, such as chamomile, which can be consumed in a tea form.

Other herbal alternatives you can try are Valerian root, melatonin, and SAMe. Make sure you take the proper doses, because sometimes even too much of a good thing can sometimes result in unwanted side effects.

If you are having difficulty sleeping you may just need to adjust your lifestyle. You can find many of these techniques in my free e-course. If you continue to suffer from the symptoms of insomnia for more than a few days then it might be a good idea to seek out a sleep specialist or health practitioner that has experience in helping people with sleeping disorders. Sleep or the lack of it can make the difference between a life full of promise and one that is just plain hard to get through. So if you are having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, make it a point to do something about it today.

One of the most frustrating issues of I had when I was having difficulty sleeping was not knowing why I couldn’t sleep. A natural insomnia relief tool I found to be extremely helpful is a sleep diary.

When you are having difficulty sleeping a sleep diary can help you pinpoint the reasons you’re not getting enough rest at night. Although there is no exact right or wrong sleep pattern, having a diary that let’s you examine your slumber will help you get a better understanding of when, why and how your sleep schedule is out of whack.

If you’re like me, when you’re having difficulty sleeping your mind does not function as clearly as it does when you are getting enough sleep. If this is happening to you, you will probably find it difficult to come up with the reasons you are not sleeping. Writing in a diary helps you to remember the details of why you woke up, or what kept you from falling asleep.

You’ll need to record certain elements about your sleep, not just whether or not you got any. Jot down your pre-slumber routine. Were you watching Prison Break or cleaning house right before bed? Did you have a fat-laden, high-caffeine meal 20 minutes before you got into bed? Make sure that you write down everything.

Your diary can reveal habits you haven’t picked up on. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy. A simple piece of paper with grids can be all you need to create a record of your sleep. You don’t even need to be exact with timelines. For example, if you know you went to bed around 10 PM, write it down. Don’t worry if it was 9:55 PM or 10:12 PM.

Keep track of the times you wake up and what made you wake up. Did you get out of bed when you woke up? What did you do? About what time were you able to go back to sleep? All of these answers help you hone in on what is helping, or hurting your sleep.

Record when you go to bed and when you wake up. Also write down how often, and for how long, you woke up during the night. If you are taking medications, write it down. Also write down what you ate, any naps you took during the day, and when you felt drowsy versus when you were alert and awake.

When you wake up, note whether you felt refreshed or fatigued. Keep track of everything you consumed during the day. This includes caffeine, medications, food, etc. Another thing is to note how you feel, such as energetic or exhausted, at different times.

Review your sleep diary and try to determine what changes you can make in your lifestyle habits that will help alleviate your sleep disorder. If you there isn’t anything obvious, then take the sleep diary to a doctor and ask them to read through it. They may send you to a specialist to see if a medical professional can find the issues you need to address.

Remember, if you’re having difficulty sleeping you can learn to sleep again. Keeping a sleep diary is an excellent first step for natural insomnia relief,

Depending how insomnia affects you, you may have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. No matter what, difficulty sleeping can affect your life in many negative ways. The good news is that there are simple natural insomnia relief methods you can use to get a better night’s sleep.

Try these simple natural insomnia relief methods to chase away your insomnia and wake up refreshed:

Natural Insomnia Relief Method 1 – Turn off the lights. I know that this sounds too simple but it’s one that people often miss. Even small lights can affect your body’s natural ability to determine night from day which can affect your circadian clock. Turn off all the lights when it’s time for bed, including nightlights, bathroom lights, and computers. For some people even the neon numbers from your alarm clock can be bothersome.

Natural Insomnia Relief Method 2 – Give your self some time to relax. Avoid trying to transition straight from a high energy activity to sleep. This can cause your mind to race and give you trouble falling asleep. Between 30 minutes and an hour before you go to bed, do something calming in order to ease your mind. Many people find activities such as praying, meditating, reading, or listening to relaxing music or sounds to be the perfect sleep inducer.

Natural Insomnia Relief Method 3 – Stay on a sleep schedule. It’s always a good idea to have your life on a general schedule. It works well for babies, toddlers, and for you too! Schedules allow you to set up natural rhythms in your body and mind.

Sleeping for different lengths of time can confuse your body. If you have difficulty sleeping one night, don’t try to sleep in. Instead, get up at your normal time and remain on your normal schedule the next day.

Natural Insomnia Relief Method 4 – Watch what you eat. Eating a balanced diet gives you a better chance for a good night’s sleep. It’s especially important to pay attention to the things you eat and drink in the few hours before your bedtime.

A good rule of thumb is to avoid anything containing sugar, caffeine, alcohol, high fructose corn syrup, or red dyes shortly before you sleep. Instead, try drinking chamomile tea before bed. Chamomile is a calming herb that can help you fall asleep.

Natural Insomnia Relief Method 5 – Get regular exercise during the day. Keeping yourself on a regular exercise routine will actually help you get a quality night’s rest. Even 30 minutes of light exercise such as walking can benefit you in many ways.

Remember don’t exercise for at least two or three hours before you go to bed, because exercise energizes you. You want to relax not rev up your body.

Natural Insomnia Relief Method 6 – Stay away form naps. Naps can be tempting, especially during the mid afternoon. However, some people tend to have difficulty sleeping at night if they nap during the day. If you feel that you must take a nap, make sure it is only 15 to 30 minutes. That should be enough time to give you a little rest before going on with your day.

Natural Insomnia Relief Method 7 – Make sure your bed is comfortable. If you’re having difficulty sleeping your bed might even be interfering with your sleep. Are you having issues with the quality of your mattress or the type of blankets and pillows you use? If any of these feel uncomfortable to you in any way, try changing them to a different style.

Another thing to consider is the positions that you use for sleep. Do you have plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable? If not, think about getting a different sized bed.

Natural Insomnia Relief Method 8 – Make sure your room temperature helps you sleep. Determine the temperature you enjoy sleeping at during the night. It’s usually a few degrees cooler than you’ll keep the house during the day. You may want to experiment with adjusting the temperature until you find the temperature that’s right for you.

Also pay attention to the humidity to keep you from feeling stuffy. During the winter, the heater can dry out the air. If that’s the case keep a humidifier in your bedroom. It can help you breathe easier.

If you find that you are having difficulty sleeping your job is to keep searching until you find a method that works for you. These natural cures for insomnia have worked for millions of people just like you. And they can work for you too. If you continue to have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep after trying these tips, keep in mind that you can always talk with your physician. Just remember, don’t use pills unless they are absolutely necessary because, unlike pill, natural insomnia relief has no side affects.

A good night’s sleep is critical to your health and enables you to live an active, fulfilling life. Start using these natural cures today and your insomnia can be a thing of the past.

If you have been, there are many different things that you can use to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. Many of these things take additional effort on your part but if you are persistent, you can reap the rewards and start sleeping again. Although you should watch what you’re eating and stay away from any kind of stimulating or caffeinated drinks close to bedtime, one thing many people are missing is exercise.

I know what you are probably thinking. Exercising does take effort and many people only consider exercise to be something that makes us break a sweat. The fact of the matter is, there are certain types of exercise that you can do which are actually quite relaxing. A good example of this is stretching exercises. Not only does this help your body to get into shape but it will also do so without making you huff and puff or go through any sort of rigorous activity.

One of the things that stretching does for you is to release serotonin into your systems. Serotonin naturally makes you feel better as it puts you into a good mood. If you are having difficulty sleeping because you are dealing with stressful situations and cannot get them off of your mind, serotonin may be able to help you in this regard. Another reason why it is good is because it put your body back into balance which is one of the main reasons why people need help falling asleep in the first place. Yes, the details may differ but it is almost always a lack of balance in the body.

It is not necessary for you to do a lot of stretching on a daily basis. As a matter of fact, just stretching in the morning for a few minutes and then perhaps doing a stretching routine later in the day for 15 to 20 is all that is necessary to see some changes take place. There are plenty of DVDs which you can buy that will walk you through every step of the process. Take your time and really allow your body and mind to relax whenever you’re going through your stretching exercises. You will probably find that within a week, you are able to sleep better as a result.

Stretching is one of the best natural cures for insomnia so if you need help falling asleep why not start a stretching routine today?

Maybe you’re experiencing difficulty sleeping like I used to. If you are it can be affecting every area of your life. Chronic insomnia can cause you to toss and turn all night long, never getting a good night’s seep.

If you are having difficulty sleeping, when you get out of bed in the morning you are probably tired and lethargic and this feeling lasts throughout the day. Your brain is foggy making even the simplest of tasks seem overwhelming. If you are having a difficult time dealing with your day to day life as a result of effects of insomnia, you may need to silence the situation.

Now silence isn’t the “cure” for insomnia. What silence does is put you into an environment so quiet you can get a good night’s sleep. Far too many of us have to deal with noise on a regular basis. Many people and you may be one of them, don’t even recognize that it is happening.

A good example of this is falling asleep in front of the television. I used to do this. I’ve heard people that fall asleep in front of their T.V. regularly say that they need the background noise in order to sleep. The problem is that the noise of the television set is actually keeping you from falling into a deep sleep. In fact, even though you might not realize it, the noise from your television is just masking other background noises. If you truly want to overcome your difficulty sleeping and achieve a deep sleep you need to eliminate all of the noise that you possibly can from your home. This will help you wake up feeling rested and rejuvenated.

Now eliminating all of the background noise from your home may be difficult, especially if you have noise that is being generated in the same room as you are trying to sleep. This is especially true if the noise is snoring coming from the person you share your bed with. One way to you can eliminate this noise is to either kick them out of the bed or wear some kind of earplugs or headset. Even if you don’t have someone who snores in you life, you might be surprised to find out that putting some earplugs in on a nightly basis will help you sleep deeper and wake less often. That’s because in most urban environments there are noises that can and do wake you throughout the night. One caveat, if you do decide to use earplugs, make sure that you have an alarm clock that is loud enough to be heard even with your earplugs in.

It may take some work to discover what noises need to be removed so that you can overcome your difficulty sleeping and get a good night’s sleep. But when you uncover them it will all be worth the effort when you finally wake up rested and refreshed.

So if you’re having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, determine what noises are in your environment and get rid of them. You’ll probably find, like I did, that although it’s not the cure for insomnia, it’s the next best thing.

This water is not only in the cells of your body, it’s also in the cells of your brain. To be balanced your body needs to be properly hydrated. This will not only help you feel healthier overall, it is also one of the greatest and easiest natural cures for insomnia around.

The best and easiest way to stay hydrated and to make sure to get a good night’s sleep is to drink plenty of clear, clean water. According to the Institute of Medicine men should consume roughly 3 liters or about 13 cups of total beverages a day and women should consume 2.2 liters or about 9 cups of total beverages a day. Of course you want to break this up into five or six different drinks at different time of the day.

Remember to also make sure that you are getting enough salt in your diet. By drinking extra water your body is going to need extra salt. Just as salt without water is bad for your body, water without salt is equally bad. Now this doesn’t mean you have to take a pinch of salt with every glass of water that you drink. If you’re not getting enough salt you may find your body is cramping. This is usually a sign that you need a little additional salt in your diet.

The most common complaint about drinking extra water to overcome difficulty sleeping is that you might be getting up more often during the night in order to go to the bathroom. Although this may be a problem initially, your body will adjust and you will actually get up less frequently once your body is fully hydrated.

So if you are having difficulty sleeping, try drinking this amount of water for one week. This is really one of the great natural cures for insomnia. You also might find that you’ll achieve an overall sense of well-being and more vibrant health.

Sleep is supposed to help you become rejuvenated but often it does not. A major part of this is because many people just don’t get their minds and bodies prepared to sleep. They not relaxed enough to get a good night’s sleep. If this is you keep reading, I’ll give you some great natural cures to help with your insomnia.

If you’re like most people you equate relaxation with sleeping. They are actually two totally different things. You see, although they may be interconnected, sleeping is not actually relaxing. Sleeping is defined as “a state of semi-unconsciousness” This is a state that we go into on a daily basis so that our minds and bodies can rejuvenate themselves. Our minds use sleep to sort out much of the information that we take in during the day for later use. The cells of our bodies also go into a type of regeneration during sleep which allows our cell structures to be rebuilt and restored.

Maybe you’re one of those people who have trouble falling asleep. More than that, even after you do fall asleep, you toss and turn and wake up frequently. In order to get a great night’s sleep on a consistent basis, you need to learn how to relax and then fall asleep. In this article I want to give you three different methods I’ve found that can help make falling asleep easier by preparing both your body and mind for a good night’s sleep.

One of the things that cause many people trouble falling asleep is that they stimulate their mind right up until bedtime. For example, you work until late at night and then try to jump into bed and fall asleep. Or you watch TV or read a stimulating book and then try to fall asleep. Then you lie down and tell yourself to go to sleep with your mind racing, thinking about whatever you have just been doing with your eyes wide open for a half hour or more. What’s happening is, although unintentional, you’re stimulating your mind instead of letting it relax which is giving you trouble falling asleep.

You can counteract this by setting a time limit that you can do any work at night. Turn off the television at least an hour before going to sleep and take a warm bath instead. Find something light to read for about 15 minutes, something interesting but not mood enhancing.

Another practice you can try is a few minutes of meditation or deep breathing exercises to help your mind and body relax. Try sitting quietly and concentrating on your breathing for 10 to 20 minutes before going to sleep. Focus on breathing and let all the cares and worries of your day just fade away. Using this routine your mind and body will be positioned to where sleep will come naturally.

The second thing that will help you in falling asleep is to eliminate any alcohol you might be drinking at night. Many people think that a glass of wine or two helps the body get ready to sleep, but the opposite is actually true. While it is true that when you consume alcohol at bedtime, its sedating affect can decrease the time you need to fall asleep these affects are misleading. What experts have found is that if you drink alcohol before bed, the second half of your sleep is disrupted as you toss and turn and/or wake up from dreams. After waking you probably have trouble falling back asleep. This sleep interruption in the second half of your sleep can lead to daytime fatigue and sleepiness. So if you want to get a truly good night’s sleep get rid of the evening alcohol.

Finally, the third of these natural cures for insomnia is to make your environment conducive to relaxation. For example, cut the noise down in your sleeping environment. Remove as much light as possible in your room. Play a recording of soft sounds of nature to help your mind drift off to sleep. These natural cures for insomnia can help your sleep tremendously.

So there you have it, three natural cures you can use to overcome your trouble falling asleep and help you stay asleep. If you or someone you know needs help falling asleep try using these easy natural cures, soon your insomnia will be a thing of the past.

Thankfully, there are some simple sleep apnea solutions you can use to experience a more restful night’s sleep.

Sleep apnea is a condition characterized by pauses in breathing while you’re asleep.

With Obstructive Sleep Apnea, a portion of the airway closes during the sleeping process that causes the airway to become blocked. The tongue is a common blocker in the airway, as well as the upper portion of the larynx. As your body settles into sleep, the muscles of the throat relax and begin to close. This results in a narrowing of the airway, which interferes you’re your respiration and is a common cause of sleep apnea. In extreme cases, you may briefly stop breathing hundreds of times in one night. The result is a poor night’s rest and fatigue throughout the day.

The other common cause of sleep apnea is when the brain doesn’t send proper signals to the muscles that control breathing while the body is in a state of sleep. This is known as Central Sleep Apnea.

The diagnosis of sleep apnea can be difficult without a complete sleep study. Since sleep apnea and snoring go hand in hand and you cannot hear yourself snore, a family member or spouse can tell you if you’re snoring throughout the night.

Consult your physician if you experience any of the following, or if your partner observes these:

• Snoring loud enough to disturb the sleep of others or yourself
• Shortness of breath that awakens you from sleep
• Intermittent pauses in your breathing during sleep
• Excessive drowsiness that impedes normal functions
• Catching yourself falling asleep while doing routine tasks, like driving, watching television, or working

A physician may refer you to a sleep-study center if they’re concerned that you might have sleep apnea for a sleep apnea test. After an initial appointment to gather information, you’ll be asked to return for an evening. The center will hook you up to several wires and electrodes for a sleep apnea test that monitors your breathing patterns as you sleep.

Once the sleep apnea test is complete, a specialist will analyze your breathing, heart rate and sleep patterns. In some cases, you’ll be asked to return for another night of observation. This time, you’ll sleep wearing a device called a CPAP (Consistent Positive Airway Pressure).

CPAP uses a simple mask connected to a machine that provides constant pressure while you sleep. This keeps your airway open. This is the most common of all sleep apnea solutions.

If CPAP is ineffective, other adjustable airway devices can be used adjust the pressure in the airway while you sleep. Oral devices that shift the position of the jaw in order to open the airway are another treatment option.

Here are some 4 simple home cures for sleep apnea:

1. Stay in good shape by eating right and getting plenty of exercise. Excess weight often contributes to sleep apnea. A healthy diet and regular exercise can sometimes decrease or eliminate the symptoms of sleep apnea.

2. Avoid drinking alcohol before going to sleep. Alcohol and certain medications may relax your muscles to the point that they are the cause of obstructive sleep apnea. Consult your doctor before reducing the dosage or changing the time you take any of your medications.

3. Try sleeping in a different position. Changing sleeping position can often help greatly, especially if you’re used to sleeping on your back. Sleeping on the back is a common cause of sleep apnea and snoring. Try laying on your side or abdomen to get a better night’s sleep.

4. Use those breathing strips you see advertised by athletes. Breathing strips open your nostrils to help you breathe easier. A saline spray or saline irrigation may help to eliminate mucus buildup in the airway and clear the way for easier breathing which can cure your snoring and sleep apnea.

Seek the advice of a family physician to determine which of these cures for sleep apnea is best for your particular situation. For information on sleep studies and to find a center in your area, contact your local hospital or speak with your doctor. The dangers of sleep apnea are real but there are many cures for sleep apnea that can help you quickly start sleeping again. The sooner you start using the cures, the sooner you’ll experience the restful night’s sleep your body so desperately needs.

Some people drink alcohol to help them sleep better at night. Some drink a glass of wine, others drink a mixed drink or perhaps even a shot or two of bourbon. While this may put you into an unconscious state rather easily, this may be causing you trouble staying asleep. Why is that the case?

First, that lack of alcohols is not what causes insomnia. The cure for insomnia involves finding out what causes your insomnia and treat it from there. Drinking alcohol before bedtime to help you sleep simply takes away the symptoms of the Insomnia but doesn’t treat the underlying problem. It actually makes the problem worse because you’re putting yourself into a never-ending cycle of needing this alcohol before you go to bed. Unfortunately, it is not doing the job that you are hoping for.

While alcohol may help you to fall asleep quickly, it only affects the first half of your sleep. We have sleep cycle stages. Although you may fall asleep because of the alcohol, you are disrupting the other sleep cycles stages. In fact, studies have found that alcohol which has been consumed within six hours of going to sleep can affect the amount of good sleep that you are getting negatively. You may be unconscious when you fall asleep, you are not getting the deep sleep that you need in order to wake rejuvenated.

Alcohol can also cause breathing problems. You may have been told or noticed that you tend to snore more whenever you drink alcohol. This is actually because the alcohol is causing a problem with your breathing and that can negatively affect your sleep as well.

If you really want to cure your Insomnia naturally, stay away from alcohol before bed time. You might take some herbal remedies for insomnia, such as melatonin supplements. This can help you asleep and get more restful sleep.

So if you are having trouble falling asleep use something else besides alcohol to help you sleep. Find out what causes your insomnia and treat the cause. That is really the cure for insomnia you’re looking for.
