Are you one of those people that find falling asleep at night is a chore, a time that you dread? Are you one of those people who are looking for a cure for insomnia?
Throughout most of my life I could fall asleep quickly and easily. After I’d fall asleep I’d usually stay asleep throughout the night. That was until a few years ago when I had the call. The call was from the hospital telling me that both of my parents were very sick. That’s when I really started to have difficulty sleeping.
The voice on the other end of the phone informed me that my parents were both in the hospital. Both my parents had come down with the flu. As a result, my father was dying from pneumonia. My mother would recover but since she had dementia she would need me to make some decisions about where she would stay.
